I have been buying the lab made items for many years and have always found Sam to be easy and old fashioned in business. With living in Thailand I pay by bank transfer and then I get the stones. It’s that easy.

I ordered 3 very large, custom cut Moissanite stones from Gemsngems. The gems arrived damaged with chips in them. They were all packed together directly touching each other. I contacted Sam and sent him closeup photos. He rectified this situation by remaking the gems, they arrived in perfect condition, all very well packaged in individual padded containers. How a seller corrects an issue says a lot about them; I would buy from Gemsngems again.

Sam and his team helped put together an excellent custom piece of jewelry for me. The process can be lengthy around Chinese new year(basically 2 week shut down in China), but you can get priority shipping to make up for it!

Great company. I bought 5 custom cut Bello Opals and they are perfect! Beautiful color and exactly as shown on their website. I was looking to purchase a lab Blue Sapphire like Princess Diana’s ring. Genuine sapphires are very, very expensive. I contacted GemsnGems and spoke to Sam. He is knowledgeable, honest and very kind. I knew that the most realistic lab stones are made through a process called ” pulled “, invented by a man called Chicoriski . I ordered the stone and mounting and a Halo style. If you want to know how genuine it is. GemsnGems has a factory in China that casts the ring and mounts the stone. When Customs in China saw the stone they thought it was genuine and wanted a very heavy tariff. The ring looks so good they did not think it was Synthetic. If it were genuine it would have a value of hundreds of thousands of dollars. I am mentioning this so you will now how Genuine it looks. You couldn’t get a better stone than that. Only an very experienced jeweler would be able to tell. In fact the reason it is detectable is because it is too perfect. I highly recommend GemsnGems. If you are thinking of a absolutely beautiful synthetic stone that no one will know it is not Genuine call Sam. I have nothing but praise for him. I found a new friend.
