How do I place orders?
You can place orders using our shopping cart on our website or you can e-mail us at info@gemsngems.com with your required quantity and we will prepare the invoice for you. The prices will be same as we listed on the website
What is the minimum quantity to order with you?
The minimum order depends on your required sizes and items. Pls e-mail me your orders and I will inform you of your minimum quantity.
How much time you need to ship the ordered items ?
If we have your ordered items ready in our stock then we can ship it immediately. Otherwise we need about 2 weeks to ship your order.
For some orders that need to be cut in our two factories (China and Thailand), then we need time to combine shipment.
During the procedure we keep updating our clients about the progress of their orders.

What are your payment terms and payment receiving methods?
We have our policy of taking 100% advance payment for all the orders. We accept payments through PayPal, Credit Card, Transfer Wise, Western Union and direct bank wire transfer. We will start working on your orders only after the payment is made.
How much can I depend on your packaging procedures?
You can completely depend upon our packaging systems. We diligently ensure that all the items reach you safely without any faults. If you have any special instructions for packing then pls inform us at the time you place order.
What are your shipping procedures?
We ship through Registered Mail, EMS speed post, DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT. The parcel reaches your home / shipping address which ever you confirm us. We immediately inform the tracking details of the shipment and continuously assist our clients and take full responsibility till they receive the parcel in hand.
What are the shipping charges?
We ship worldwide. The shipping charges depend on the weight of the package and the location. Below is shipping charges for package below 500 grams
Registered Mail – $15 (Transit time of 15-30 days to all countries)
FedEx – $45 (Transit time of 3-5 days to USA, Canada, Australia, and Asian countries)
FedEx – $55 (Transit time of 3-5 days to European and Middle Eastern countries)
For other countries, please e-mail us and we will quote you the shipping charges

Does your shipping includes insurance of the items?
Yes we ship insured items. The insurance charges are included in the shipping charges.
Do I need to pay any other charges than the cost of items and shipping?
If you are sending the payment through PayPal, there is a Service tax at the rate of 5% of the total amount you are paying. In case of bank wire transfer, this fee is 2% of the total amount. This is to be paid by the buyer.
Do I need to pay any import duty charges in my country for the goods I order with you?
We normally take all necessary steps to avoid any duty charges being levied on our clients in their country. However the Custom Duty procedures of your country are beyond our control . At some point of time its quite possible that you are charged with the Custom Duty by the Custom department of your country. You need to pay that on your own.
If I want to return goods for some reasons, how can I do it?
Usually we do not face such situation because there are no quality issues with us. In some special cases if you wish to return the goods please write us and we will give the best way out for it.
Do you offer real wholesale prices for the items?

Are all loose gemstones available for immediate shipment on the website?
Most of the loose gemstones on the website are available for quick shipment except for below items

Do you supply certificates with the gemstones?
The prices listed on the website are only for loose gemstones. For Certificates, it will be additional $30 per stone.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do ship worldwide. Please send us the correct postal code and we can ship it. But for Canada, we advise to use only Fedex shipping option as transit time for parcels shipped by Registered Mail might take 1-2 months
